Yoga Classes Are Going Great!

Well, I've been teaching for almost 2 months now, every Tuesday & Thursday night at 6:30, and the classes have been fantastic!! I have a wonderful group of regulars, but still have plenty of room for newcomers! It still amazes me that after all of these years of teaching and taking yoga, every class can kick my booty! This just goes to show, that everyone can make each class their own, and you get out of it what you put into it.

Please come out and give it a try! It's not for everyone, but you won't know until you try :)
