New Yoga Space!
Update: Painting has begun on the new yoga space we will be using! I am excited about creating a calming and relaxing place to practice & share yoga with our community.
Yoga will be held in the Haywood Building next to the Post Office in Mount Gilead, on Tuesday's & Thursdays at 6:30-7:30, starting February 4th. Cost is $5, or a 5 class punch card for $20. Below is the address in case you are not familiar with Mount Gilead:
