Great first week!

Well, the first week of yoga classes went great! We had a good mix of newbies and experts, and from a teaching aspect, everyone looked great! I also had so much fun teaching in my community! I hope that you all will keep spreading the word, and we end up with more yogi converts :)

If  you haven't had a chance to come check us out, we're located in the Gilmont building, next to the post office in Mount Gilead (104 N. School Rd., MTG 27306). Tuesday & Thursday nights @ 6:30pm, $5.
